“You prepare a table before me…”
— Psalm 23:5
About Us
More than a dinner. It’s a divine invitation.
Daughters at the Table is an exclusive, faith-centered dining experience created for high-level Christian women leaders—executives, ministry leaders, pastors’ wives, and public servants—who carry the weight of leadership but long for a sacred space to simply be.
In a world that often demands perfection and constant pouring out, we’ve created something different. A place of rest. A place of beauty. A place where you can lay down your titles and take your seat—not as a CEO, minister, or official—but as a daughter of God.
Here, we gather not just to network, but to connect deeply. We dress up, we laugh, we cry, we share. And most importantly, we are reminded that our identity isn’t rooted in what we do—but in Whose we are.

OUR MISSION
To create an intimate, luxurious, and spirit-filled space where high-level Christian women can step away from their titles and responsibilities to simply be daughters of God—rested, celebrated, and spiritually renewed through beautifully curated gatherings rooted in faith, sisterhood, and excellence.
OUR VISION
To build a global movement of faith-filled women in leadership who are spiritually grounded, emotionally restored, and deeply connected through sacred experiences that honor their identity as daughters, not just leaders—impacting families, ministries, industries, and communities for generations to come.
Why I Started This
For years, I carried the weight of leadership with grace and grit—but often in silence. I was the one everyone came to for wisdom, prayer, direction, and encouragement. And while I was honored to lead, I began to realize that I rarely had a safe, sacred space to simply be—not “Entreprenuer,” not “Boss,” not “Speaker,” but just a daughter of God.
I created Daughters at the Table because I needed it.
I needed a space where I could exhale.
A space where I didn’t have to be strong, polished, or perfect.
A space where I could be poured into instead of constantly pouring out.
God showed me that I wasn’t the only one.
There are so many women like me—leaders, visionaries, and faith-driven changemakers—who are operating at high levels, but carrying silent burdens. Women who show up for everyone else and still go unnoticed when they need rest. Women who love Jesus deeply but long for real sisterhood, deep conversation, and moments to just breathe.
Daughters at the Table was born from that need.
It’s not a business move. It’s not a networking circle.
It’s a God-led movement—a table He set for His daughters to gather, to heal, and to remember who we are.
If you’ve ever felt like you had to wear a hundred hats but had nowhere to take them off...
This space was created for you.
Welcome to the table. Your seat is ready.
With grace and love,
Mony McCarty
